Age of Empires tournament in Hyderabad

Hello Guys,

Here is a good news for AOE gamers of Hyderabad. There is going to be a tournament held this saturday in Reliance Webworld, Cash Prize is 5000 Rs!!!.

Here are the Rules:

#1.The game will be played between 2 teams having 4 players each involving no computer.

#2.Each person can play in the tournament using only ONE nickname as registered.

#3.In case of disconnections, the game must be restored right after the drop. If restoring is not possible, the tourney administrators should be informed and a final decision will be taken after all the facts are checked/cleared by the tournament administrators.

#4.If game drops within 15 minutes of play, the game must be replayed.

#5.The teams can chose their own Civilization so as to let them play at their full strength.

#6.All the teams will be randomly divided into two separate groups. Each team will play against all other teams in its group and the team having most number of wins qualifies into the next round. In a scenario if two teams (of same group) have equal number of wins, the team taking the maximum time for a defeat qualifies.

#7.Game will be paused for 2 minutes at the beginning for teams to understand their opponent’s civilizations and strategies accordingly.

#8.Each team will be allowed just two pauses (max. 2mins each) which can be used at anytime of game play.

#9.Cheating is PROHIBITED. Players using any kind of cheating, or not following the rules, will be disqualified.
